Executive Committee: John Wegner, Chair; Jim Drummond, Jen Fabrick, Davis Fox, Mark Goldman

• The Executive Committee's Primary goal is to study and refine AIEV's organizational structure and determine the most appropriate committee structures to meet the organization's goals. The committee is also working to attain a Livable Centers designation from the Atlanta Regional Commission and to raise sufficient resources to meet AIEV's goals and objectives.

Communications Committee: Sally Sears Belcher, Chair; Lois Berthaume, Marlene Goldman, Lauretta Miller, Michael Rich, Kathie Sanders

• The Communications Committee's primary goal is to raise awareness, encourage public input, and communicate the vision for the Village articulated in the revitalization plan in order to strengthen support for stakeholders and potential funding.

Finance & Board Operations: Lois Berthaume, Chair; Jim Drummond, Mark Goldman

Fundraising Committee: Phil Hills, Chair; Lois Berthaume, Penny Clements, Jim Drummond, John Ford, Mark Goldman

• The Fundraising Committee's primary goal is to raise the private funding needed to support the implementation of the Emory Village revitalization plan.

Project Management: Jen Fabrick, Chair; Stuart Meddin, Hector Morales, Phil Paymer, Tom Walsh, John Wegner

Urban Design Committee: Tom Walsh, Chair; Jen Fabrick, John Ford, Davis Fox, Stuart Meddin, Phil Paymer, Cynthia Tauxe

• The Urban Design Committee's primary goal is to implement interim improvements to raise the profile of the Alliance to Improve Emory Village, improve the quality of life in the Village, and reinforce the validity of the revitalization plan.
